All items in stock will ship same day or next day. If the product(s) you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email and we will do our best to provide you with an accurate delivery date. Special order items or new products may take longer for delivery. All back-orders will ship automatically. To be notified before shipping your back-order, please contact us and let us know your request.

*We ship light weight parcels by CANADA POST Courier Services, across Canada, USA and International, at our discretion.
*For heavier shipments and volume orders, we use PUROLATOR/Ground or UPS/Ground Courier Services, or other contracted courier service, at our discretion.
*AIR Shipping Services are available by PUROLATOR or UPS for an additional fee.
*Estimated delivery by ground and within Canada to major centers is 1-2 days, regional 3-5 days and rural/remote and National 5-7 days.
*All parcels are insured for the total value and require a signature.
*Packing slips are enclosed with all orders.
*Please open your package immediately, within 48hrs. and check if any shipping damage, if so, please email us or contact us by phone (within Canada) TOLL FREE 1-800-565-1111 or 519-641-8470 (outside Canada).
*Upon request we can provide your tracking number.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MONEY ORDER AND CERTIFIED CHEQUES. All cheques are cleared before shipping. If paying by credit card, your credit card will not be charged until the date of shipping. All credit card numbers are secured.
PRODUCT PURCHASE ORDERS
Government, educational, corporate and institutional purchase orders are accepted by email or by fax. Some purchase orders may require credit approval, please contact us by phone or by email. Payment terms are NET 30 DAYS, from date of invoice.

RETURNS POLICY DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
Simply let us know, all defective product(s) will be replaced or credited providing:
*You must notify us if the product you received is defective or wrong within 30 days from the date of your invoice.
*In order to process this as quickly as possible for you, we ask that you return all merchandise in the manufacturer's original packaging, with all the original components such as; media, pamphlets, manuals, documentation, cables etc.
*Please email us or if you prefer, call us, between the hours of 09:00am - 5:00pm, EST, Monday - Friday, or fax us anytime, to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Number) and return shipping information before returning the defective or wrong product to us.
*Return shipping is paid by us.
*We ask that you return the defective or wrong product to us within 7 days after the receipt of your RMA (Return Merchandise Number).
*123-Graphic-Software.net reserves the right to refuse returned product that does not meet this criteria.
RETURNS POLICY NON-DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
Simply let us know, all merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of your invoice providing:
*product is unopened, not used and is in re-saleable condition.
*product is in the original packaging as received and with all the accompanying components, such as; media, pamphlets, manuals, documentation, cables etc.
*product is still carried by our suppliers at the time of return.
*discontinued products by the manufacturer may be returned for credit within 30 days of the "manufacturer's announcement of the discontinuation".
*non-defective product will be returned to us freight prepaid.

*15% restocking fee may apply.
